箬溪国际艺术村

箬溪国际艺术村（行政名为上日川村）位于中国浙江省温州市永嘉县鹤盛镇，是由北京大学博士后、箬溪村乡贤周建朋先生带领团队与各级政府单位联合打造的美育示范村。

通过艺术交流把中国艺术家与世界各国艺术家相连系，举办“遇上”系列国际交流活动，形成“半村烟火半村丹青”特色景观，用艺术点亮中国美丽乡村，并在艺术学与社会学结合方面沿着梁漱溟、费孝通先生的足迹做出了积极的探索。

村庄是集书法馆、山水画馆、油画馆、装裱馆、文创馆、图书馆、艺术家工作室、艺术家菜园、写生基地为一体的综合村落，并涉及院校写生、青少年艺术游学、艺术衍生品开发、矿物质颜料生产等业务范围。

Ruoxi International Art Village(administratively known as Shangrichuan Village)is located in Hesheng Town,Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,China.It is an art education demonstration village jointly built by a team led by Mr.Zhou Jianpeng,a postdoctoral fellow from Peking University and a local scholar from Ruoxi Village,and government units at all levels.

Through artistic exchanges,Chinese artists are connected with artists from around the world,and a series of international exchange activities such as"Encounter"are held to create a unique landscape of"half village fireworks and half village painting".Art is used to illuminate the beautiful countryside of China,and active explorations have been made in the combination of art and sociology,following the footsteps of Mr.Liang Shuming and Mr.Fei Xiaotong.

The village is a comprehensive village that integrates calligraphy museum,landscape painting museum,oil painting museum,mounting museum,cultural and creative museum,library,artist studio,artist vegetable garden,and sketching base,and involves business scope such as college sketching,youth art study tours,art derivative development,and mineral pigment production.

目前，箬溪村即将推出“国际艺术家驻留”计划，诚挚邀请国际艺术家们前来村庄进行实地写生创作，与中国的乡土、自然风光零距离接触，在永嘉的山水田园中享受一次全身心的疗愈。我们将免费提供以下的配套服务，包括：

1、住宿

2、餐饮

3、交通（温州区域内的出行）

4、创作工作室

成为驻村艺术家的义务：

创作一幅/件以永嘉风光为题材的作品在村子永久留存。

驻留时间：15天（每期）

At present,Ruoxi Village is about to launch the"International Artist Residency"plan,sincerely inviting international artists to come to the village for on-site sketching and creation,to have close contact with China's local and natural scenery,and enjoy a wholehearted healing in the mountains and rivers of Yongjia. We will provide the following supporting services for free,including:

1.Accommodation

2.Catering

3.Transportation(travel within the Wenzhou area)

4.Creative Studio

The obligation to become a resident artist:

Create a piece/piece of work with Yongjia scenery as the theme that will be permanently preserved in the village.

International Artist Residency Program

国际艺术家“驻留”计划

该计划孕育于2018年开展的“当巴黎遇上温州——中法艺术家温州写生与展览”活动，由法国美术家协会主席雷米·艾融先生提出。并于2019年开展的“当伦敦遇上温州——中英艺术家温州写生与展览”活动中进一步形成。在2023年举办的写生交流活动“当米兰遇上温州——中意艺术家温州写生与展览”中，该计划由米兰布雷拉国立美术学院当代艺术史主任、策展人安德烈亚·德尔·古尔丘教授再次提出。

古往今来，艺术家们在遥远地域的“旅行”和“驻留”造就了非凡的遗产，这表明“审美碰撞”可催生创新思维，实现艺术研究的创新。

箬溪国际艺术村希望依托“驻留”计划让每个艺术家更为便捷地通过旅行和交流拓展自己的经验维度，实现与温州、永嘉这片历经沧海变化，既拥有自然景观，也具有现代建筑和城市文化的广袤空间进行亲密接触，使艺术家跨地域“驻留”的传统重新焕发生机，打破艺术创造的“人界、国界和视界”，创作出更多精彩、多样的艺术遗产。

This plan was inspired by the2018event"When Paris Meets Wenzhou-Chinese and French Artists Wenzhou Sketching and Exhibition",proposed by Mr.Remy Airon,Chairman of the French Artists Association.And it was improved in the2019event"When London Meets Wenzhou-Chinese and British Artists Wenzhou Sketching and Exhibition".In the2023sketching exchange event"When Milan Meets Wenzhou-Wenzhou Sketching and Exhibition of Chinese and Italian Artists",the plan was once again proposed by Professor Andrea del Gourchou,Director of Contemporary Art History and Curator at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Brera,Milan.

Throughout history,artists have created extraordinary legacies through their travels and residences in distant regions,indicating that aesthetic collisions can stimulate innovative thinking and achieve innovation in artistic research.

Ruoxi International Art Village hopes to rely on the"residency"plan to make it more convenient for each artist to expand their experience dimension through travel and exchange,and to achieve intimate contact with the vast space of Wenzhou and Yongjia,which has undergone changes in the sea,not only possessing natural landscapes,but also modern architecture and urban culture.This will revitalize the traditional"residency"of artists across regions,break the"human,national,and visual boundaries"of artistic creation,and create more exciting and diverse artistic heritage.
