天上一轮满，人间万月明，加拿大东部时间2月5日，由加拿大蒙特利尔华商会，蒙特利尔欢乐春节庙会筹委会主办的第七届喜迎新春”欢乐春节“云上晚会，以“云相聚”的形式，通过舞蹈，歌曲，相声，杂技，弦乐、戏剧等艺术形式全球直播，为全球观众打造一场精彩纷呈的视觉、听觉和精神盛宴，为海内外同胞送上新春祝福。
弦管千家沸此宵，此次欢乐春节云上春晚力邀众多资深艺术团队和艺术名家倾情加盟，在节目设置上，将古典文化与现代科技“联通古今”，从曲艺到杂技，更加入了【龙舟】，【追光者】，【芦花】，【沙家浜】，【白蛇传】，”秦腔昆曲”等经典曲目以全新的方式诠释了中华传统文化之美，展现了充满浓浓亲情的“中国年”的“世界味”。

蒙特利尔华商会举办的线下欢乐春节庙会开幕式已于2023年1月28日在唐人街中山公园圆满举行。中国驻蒙特利尔总领事馆戴玉明总领事、中国驻蒙特利尔总领事馆侨务处处长谢超先生、中国驻蒙特利尔总领事馆文化领事刘望春女士、宝乐莎市第8区区议员李西西女士、特利尔各华人社团侨领及嘉宾朋友莅临了本次欢乐春节庙会开幕式现场。加拿大三级政府领导和代表发来贺信和视频祝贺欢乐春节庙会的胜利召开。
在欢乐春节庙会开幕式上，蒙特利尔华商会主席及蒙特利尔欢乐春节庙会筹委会主席张仕根先生致开幕词，中国驻蒙特利尔总领事馆戴玉明总领事致辞。此外，在庙会现场，不但可以欣赏到书画家的精美作品展演，还可以获得书法家现场提笔献艺为您送上的新春对联。
线上欢乐春节云晚会开幕式和首场云演出已于元宵节与观众见面。之后陆续播出了其余四场欢乐春节云晚会为新春和元宵佳节双节共庆增添欢乐的节日气氛,为欢乐春节庙会增添了靓丽的光彩。为海外游子献上了一场多彩纷呈的文化盛宴。海外华人华侨在庆春节，品佳肴，酌美酒，吃元宵美好温馨的家庭团聚之余，欢聚在电视机前欣赏欢乐春晚云晚会，真是笑在脸上，乐在眉梢，喜在心头。
本届线上欢乐春节云晚会明星璀璨，大咖云集，英才荟萃,群贤毕集。演出节目内容丰富，花样繁多，形式多样。京剧和京歌演唱的韵味十足,字正腔圆，有板有眼，让观众满足了胃口，过足了瘾。独唱和合唱的歌声清亮华丽,温婉动听，似黄鹂吟鸣，如翠鸟弹水，像一束束暖流飘进心田，让人陶醉。相声和脱口秀的表演幽默滑稽，趣味横生，别具一格，给观众带来生活中的情趣和不断的笑声。乐器演奏强弱同行，刚柔并进，意蕴悠长，扣人心弦，当音乐飞进耳中时，似精灵激动着身上的每一个细胞，使血液沸腾，令心跳加剧，更让人回味无穷。更精彩的杂技表演惊若天人，技若神功,借助肢体动作表情达意, 让人赞不绝口。优美的舞蹈仪态优雅，舞步轻敏，长袖生风，婀娜多姿,像空中展翅飞旋的天鹅,似地面翩翩起舞的孔雀, 实属绝世美景。大咖新秀惟妙惟肖、尽善尽美的表演让观众称赞有加；才男艺女引人入盛、扣人心弦的演出令人赞叹不已。
线上线下双管齐下的第七届蒙特利尔振兴华埠迎新年欢乐春节庙会使海外华人华侨品尝了中国文化飨宴的丰盛美味，让海外游子领略了炎黄文化的博大精深，令海外华裔子孙欣赏了华夏民俗春节庙会的丰富多彩。
